“Robin has many skills and brought those talents with her to the workplace. She created unique flyers for all the workshops, was very fluent on the computer and the various programs need to keep the office running. She was always a professional at work and the phone calls were always answered or directed in a very polite and workplace manner. She was helpful in setting up facebook pages and connecting us to the cyber generation. I would work with Robin anytime and highly recommend her work.” (five stars)
“I worked with Robin Willson as her supervisor for approximately 14 months (October 2011-February 2014) at Cornell Cooperative Extension Schuyler County. Robin was an Administrative Assistant for the office with focus on communication functions as well as the camp registrar for Hidden Valley 4-H Camp.
Robin’s duties as camp registrar included processing the registrations for over 600 summer campers — from making sure all health forms and paperwork were in order to managing payments and on-site registrations to dealing with sometimes excited and concerned parents of campers. Robin handled these tasks responsibly and paid close attention to the details. She remained professional through some trying times of staff turmoil and communicated well to resolve issues as they arose.
Robin’s work on the communication functions at CCESC brought a new level of professionalism to the marketing and informational pieces designed in the office. She created fresh designs with visual effects that were eye-catching and appealing. She initiated new ways to present CCE work online and helped create and maintain the office and camp web presence.
Robin also helped with receptionist and other duties in the office as need arose and always pitched in with a smile, willingness to learn, and helpful attitude. In addition to her many skills and talents, Robin is a good team member and a positive addition to any office.”
“I would recommend Robin to anyone looking for a self-motivated individual. She is extremely creative, whether designing advertising materials, databases or websites. Robin is a very positive person and able to relate well with others.”
